La Barrique

la barrique

La Barrique is a cozy wine bar with an impressive selection of bottles from Italy, France, and Germany. The excellent wines-by-the-glass list focuses on natural wines, in other words, those that were produced with minimal chemical intervention in the vineyard and cellar. The food menu ranges from simple salads and cheese plates, to fried seafood and pasta dishes.

At lunch, one can eat a quality meal for €12-15, while dinner runs closer to €25-30. Stop in for a meal, a glass or to purchase bottles to take away. Remigio, La Barrique’s sister wine bar located off the Via Tuscolana, specializes in Champagne.
